We ordered Bianco Carrara Polished Marble Large Basket weave Mosaic Tile (w/ Blue-Gray Dots) to finish the restoration of a 1919 Craftsman Bungalow. When ordered, I had purchased "polished" which was my error but it was not caught by me. Within hours of placing the order I was contacted to verify, if in fact, I intended to purchase the "polished" as opposed to "honed" product? It was pointed out to me that months before I had purchased samples of the honed product. Of course they were correct but the point is, "who pays that much attention to a single order?" That is emblematic of truly great customer service and an ethic that puts the customer first. I have thanked them throughout a great buying process. Job well done.
